D1 can't be accessed directly from a browser. This panel is ready for a Cloudflare Worker API that talks to your D1 database. Add your API base URL once your Worker is deployed.

For a real deployment, protect write endpoints with authentication and validate every request server-side. Do not put Cloudflare API tokens or database credentials in this page.
